VOCIARE - survey
Welcome to VOCIARE's survey on the practical implementation of the Victims' Directive (Directive 2012/09/EU)!
This questionnaire constitutes a crucial part of our research - your answers will help us gain invaluable insight into the current situation in your country. This particularly concerns the practical implementation of the Directive and the selected procedures. Furthermore, the information you provide may influence the changes that are necessary, in order to improve the victims' access to their rights, as defined in the EU Directive on Victims’ Rights 2012/29/EU.
The study is divided into 16 sections: each section corresponds to an Article in the Directive. At the beginning of each section, you will find a brief summary of the Article under analysis.
Please be honest and as thorough as possible when answering the questions. Most questions have a "no answer" option; however, we kindly ask you not to use this option unless you are truly unable to find any relevant information on the subject. Please observe that pursuant to Article 2 of the Directive, child victims are those persons who have not yet reached the age of 18. Finally, we would like to thank you for your time and cooperation and we will be happy to receive any feedback you might have at Este endereço de email está protegido contra piratas.
